Lothario’s Scrotum
Mustafa Secil
A 39-year-old man presented after a gunshot injury of the
genital region traversing the left hemiscrotum. Scrotal sonography images
demonstrate numerous air bubbles inside the left testis (Figure 1, arrows)
indicating the track of the bullet fragment.
